Olypse Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your personal information when you use the ClawBuild platform.

P1. Information We Collect

P1.1 Information You Provide

•Account data: name, email address, company name, profile information;
•Commission Data: deal records, client names, deal values, commission rates, payments, dispute records;
•Communications: AI assistant messages, support inquiries, feedback;
•Gmail data: upon connecting Gmail, we access email content, attachments, and metadata as authorized by you.

P1.2 Automatically Collected

•Log data: IP address, browser type, OS, pages visited, timestamps;
•Device information: device type, screen resolution, language settings;
•Usage data: features used, actions taken, frequency of use;
•Authentication tokens: session tokens and OAuth tokens for connected services.

P2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide and maintain the Service, process Commission Data, power AI features, enable Gmail integration, authenticate your identity, respond to inquiries, monitor usage, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms. We do NOT use your Commission Data for advertising and do NOT sell your personal information.

P3. How We Share Your Information

•Supabase: database hosting, storage, and authentication;
•Anthropic PBC: AI processing (your messages and deal context are transmitted for AI response generation);
•Google: Gmail API services for email integration;
•Legal authorities: if required by law, court order, or to protect safety and rights;
•Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties.

P4. Data Sent to Anthropic

IMPORTANT: WHEN YOU USE AI FEATURES, YOUR MESSAGES AND RELEVANT COMMISSION DATA ARE TRANSMITTED TO ANTHROPIC PBC FOR PROCESSING. DO NOT INPUT SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION SUCH AS SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS, BANK ACCOUNT NUMBERS, OR PASSWORDS INTO THE AI ASSISTANT.

P5. Gmail Data

When you connect Gmail, we access your email data solely to provide Gmail features. We read email content and attachments only as necessary to identify commission-related information at your direction. We do not read your emails for advertising purposes and do not share Gmail data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service.

ClawBuild's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

P6. Data Retention

•Account and Commission Data: retained while your Account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion;
•Gmail tokens: deleted immediately upon disconnecting Gmail or account deletion;
•AI chat logs: not persistently stored beyond the current session context;
•Log data: retained up to 90 days for security and debugging.

P7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures including TLS/HTTPS encryption, row-level security in our database, secure OAuth token storage, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You provide your personal information at your own risk.

P8. Your Rights

P8.1 Access and Correction

You may access and update account information via the Settings page.

P8.2 Data Deletion

You may delete your Account via Settings. Contact us to request deletion of specific data.

P8.3 California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have rights under CCPA including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Contact: clawbuildai@gmail.com.

P8.4 European Users (GDPR)

EEA, UK, and Switzerland users have rights under applicable data protection laws. Contact: clawbuildai@gmail.com.

P9. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to maintain authentication sessions, remember preferences, and analyze usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

P10. Children's Privacy

CLAWBUILD IS STRICTLY FOR USERS 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. WE DO NOT KNOWINGLY COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM ANYONE UNDER 18. IF WE BECOME AWARE THAT A USER IS UNDER 18, WE WILL IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE THEIR ACCOUNT AND DELETE ASSOCIATED DATA.

P11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date and providing in-app or email notification. Continued use following notice constitutes acceptance.
